Shipping
All Crossroads Apothecary products are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). Policies and procedures for www.CrossroadsApothecary.com are explained below. If you have any questions, please e-mail info@CrossroadsApothecary.com.
Shipping Options
We accept orders billed and shipped to locations in the United States, including APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes and U.S. Territories. We’re sorry, but we are unable to ship to international addresses. Most orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt (processing time does not include weekend days). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
Orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Shipping options include:
• Standard Service
Most Standard Service orders are delivered within 5 to 7 business days from the order’s ship date. Orders destined for P.O. Boxes are delivered within 6 to 14 business days from the order’s ship date.
• Second-Day Service
Most orders shipped Second-Day Service are delivered within 2 to 3 business days from the order’s ship date. Please note that second-day orders may require a signature upon delivery. Second-Day orders placed by 10 a.m. EST will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability.
• Overnight Service
Orders shipped via Overnight Service are delivered within 1 business day from the order’s ship date. Please note that overnight orders may require a signature upon delivery. Overnight orders placed by 11 a.m. EST will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability.
Shipments to APO/FPO and P.O. Box addresses
Most items may be shipped to P.O. Box or Military APO/FPO addresses, but some restrictions apply.
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and other U.S. Territories
While most items may be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories Puerto Rico, Guam and U.S. Virgin Islands, some restrictions may apply. If you have any questions about the shipment of your order, please contact us at info@CrossroadsApothecary.com.
Order Status/Tracking
Once your order is packed and shipped, we will e-mail you a link to track your package. Or you can contact us at info@CrossroadsApothecary.com for your order status.
Special Handling
Some items sold by www.CrossroadsApothecary.com require special handling as specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items. The method of shipment for these items is dictated by these regulations, which may prevent us from shipping some products to certain locations. If you’re able to supply us with an alternate physical address we can ship to, please do so. Otherwise, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience.
Costs
Standard shipping is a flat rate of $7.50 through USPS. Orders over $125 will receive free shipping (this excludes patients on the Supplement Access Program). Please contact us for shipping costs for second-day and overnight shipping.
Patients on the Supplement Access Program
Patients on the Supplement Access Program are required to call in their order. Shipping charges are a minimum $7.50 (includes handling) and anything over that amount is based on actual weight and insurance. Supplement Access Program patients do not qualify for the free shipping promotion on orders over $125.
